Since 1992, atp GmbH has developed and manufactured process, production and laboratory equipment for the semiconductor, solar and other high-tech industries.
Our core expertise includes wet process technology, chemical supply systems and customized process equipment. With in-house manufacturing, cleanroom assembly and comprehensive engineering capabilities, we provide integrated solutions – from initial concept and engineering through manufacturing to installation and commissioning.
Company Profile
atp GmbH was founded in 1992 by Peter Becker and Michael Manns and has since specialized in the development and manufacturing of process and production equipment for applications with demanding process and cleanliness requirements.
Since 1995, we have been manufacturing our equipment at our facility in Ötzingen, Germany. Today, our 1,200 m² production facility provides the infrastructure for manufacturing both customized and standardized process equipment. For particularly sensitive applications, a dedicated 60 m² cleanroom is available for final assembly.
Engineering, mechanical design, process development, automation and manufacturing are closely integrated at atp. This enables us to support our customers throughout the entire project lifecycle – from the initial requirements and system design to manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
Our extensive experience in wet process technology, chemical supply systems and customized process equipment provides the foundation for reliable and reproducible process solutions.

Cooperation between atp GmbH & SemiPlast
The cooperation between atp GmbH and SemiPlast combines many years of engineering and equipment manufacturing expertise in Germany with specialized plastics manufacturing in Poland.
While atp is responsible for engineering, design, process development, electrical engineering, and automation, SemiPlast complements the joint value chain through the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality plastic components and assemblies.
The close cooperation between both companies provides additional manufacturing capacity and enables direct coordination between engineering and production. This allows individual customer requirements to be implemented flexibly and projects to be efficiently realized from initial design through to the completed equipment solution.
