atp GmbH manufactures customized manual wet benches for laboratory and development purposes as well as semi-automatic production plants for our partners. For the implementations of wet chemical etching and cleaning techniques, possible influencing parameters such as plant design, chemicals used and degree of automation are already taken into account during the planning stage. Thereby, atp GmbH always focuses on obtaining an optimal product with coordinated results. The use of our modular units for batch as well as for single wafer processing enables us to react quickly and flexibly to the process requirements of our customers
Our designed and manufactured manual wet process equipment is preferably used by institutes, but also by industry for research, development and small batch production tasks.
Usually, our digistors are required in the laboratory and clean room areas of institutes and research facilities. Basic tests are carried out in these systems with customized components and basin installations in order to develop the foundations for subsequent series applications.
