atp GmbH has successfully completed a customized wet process system for cleaning, etching and inspecting quartz glass ampoules. From initial engineering to completion, the system was realized within just five months.
Customized Wet Process Solution for Different Component Sizes
Wet chemical cleaning and etching processes require equipment tailored to the specific component geometry and individual process steps. The system was therefore specifically designed to handle quartz glass ampoules of different sizes.
A key element of the solution is the individually designed process tank configuration, complemented by a specially developed handling and rinsing concept.
Different inserts allow the system to be flexibly adapted to various components and process requirements. In addition, a customer-specific rinsing cover supports safe and reproducible processing.
Customized Engineering and Process Equipment
Process requirements, operator usability and occupational safety were considered together from the beginning of the development process. The result is a customized wet process solution specifically designed for the application.
